Returns Policy
We hope you will be really happy with your purchase.

We offer a 14 day, full refund guarantee against damage in transit or bad quality stock which must be reported to us by email within 3 days of delivery. If you change your mind for any reason and wish to return your purchase you must notify us by email.

Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days after receipt in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. We will only accept authorised returns back to us at our returns address. We retain the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable.

For unwanted items please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We do not refund the returns postage cost or the original delivery charge. We do not offer a free collection service. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

If returning your purchase by post we recommend that you get proof of postage. You must include your customer details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within 14 days of receipt by us. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met. Large items can be collected for a charge. This refund policy applies to goods purchased at a distance and not goods specifically chosen in person by the customer, business to business transactions or goods specially ordered for customers.
